TERMS & CONDITIONS – “SHOP KARO, YATRA KARO” CAMPAIGN

(MR.DIY India × Yatra Holiday Voucher Contest)

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the “Shop Karo, Yatra Karo” promotional campaign (“Campaign”) conducted by Dua Lima Retail Pvt. Ltd. (MR.DIY India) in association with Yatra Online Limited (Yatra.com).

1.       Campaign Period:
The Campaign is valid from 1st December 2025 to 31st January 2026, both dates inclusive. All entries must be received by 31st January 2026, 11:59 PM.

The campaign has been extended till 28th February 2026, 11:59 PM. All eligible entries must be submitted on or before 28th February 2026, 11:59 PM.

2.       Eligibility:

a.       Open to all residents of India 18+.

b.       Employees of MR.DIY, Yatra, agencies, and their immediate families (up to second degree) are not eligible.

c.       Participation indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3.       How to Participate:
STEP 1 - Spend a minimum of ₹1,000 in a single receipt at any MR.DIY store in India.
STEP 2 - Scan the official campaign QR code.
STEP 3 - Submit the online form with full details
Participants must retain the original physical bill.

4.       Prizes:
Grand Prize (1 Winner): ₹1,00,000 Yatra Holiday Voucher*
First Prize (2 Winners): ₹75,000 Yatra Holiday Voucher* each
Second Prize (5 Winners): ₹30,000 Yatra Holiday Voucher* each

5.       Complimentary Travel Voucher:
In selected stores, customers spending ₹750 or above receive a complimentary Yatra travel discount voucher (separate from the lucky draw).

6.       Winner Selection:

a.       Winners will be selected through a computer-generated in February 2026 March 2026.

b.       Each participant can win only one prize. If selected multiple times, only the highest-value prize will be awarded.

c.       Winners will be informed via SMS, email, call and official MR.DIY Instagram page.

7.       Prize Claiming:

a.       Winners must claim within 60 days.

b.       Required documents: Original receipt + Government ID (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport/Driving License/Voter ID).

c.       Unclaimed prizes after 60 days will be forfeited.

8.       Yatra Voucher Terms:

a.       Domestic Flights: Flat Rs.­500 off per pax (Max Rs.­2,500)

b.       International Flights: Flat Rs.1,250 off per pax (Max ­Rs.10,000)

c.       Domestic Hotels: Flat 20% off (Max Rs.­5,000; Min Order Rs.­2,500)

d.       Valid till 30th June, 2026.

e.       This offer is applicable on select hotels only.

f.        This promocode is valid for a single booking each on domestic flights, international flights and hotel bookings.

g.       This offer is not valid for Yatra Prime members.

h.       Blackout dates may apply during peak seasons.

i.         Offer valid subject to availability.

j.         This voucher is valid for redemption on www.yatra.com or app only.

k.       This promocode cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing discounts/promotions/cash back promotions, etc.

l.         Yatra reserves the right to modify any terms or conditions without any prior notice.

m.     All voucher redemptions will be executed by Yatra.

n.       Yatra will act as the single point of contact for customers regarding voucher redemption and related queries & support.

9.     Valid & Invalid Entries:
Valid entries must include correct details and be submitted within the campaign period.
Invalid entries include fake/duplicate receipts, incomplete forms or ineligible participants.

10.   Publicity Consent:
Participants consent to MR.DIY and Yatra using their name, image and entries for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11.   General Conditions:

a.       MR.DIY reserves the right to verify all entries.

b.       MR.DIY may modify/cancel the campaign if necessary.

c.       Not responsible for technical issues, failed submissions, or courier delays.

12.   Limitation of Liability:
MR.DIY and Yatra are not liable for travel risks, technical failures, data loss or hotel/flight unavailability. Liability shall not exceed the value of the awarded prize.

13.   Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
