Terms & Conditions

A. General

1. The Contest is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein and VRIPL Retail Private Limited (Authorised Reseller for MR. DIY in India) “Organiser” reserves the right to vary, add modify and/or alter these terms and conditions as and when it deems fit.
2. By participating in the Contest, the participant declares that he/ she has read and understood the terms and conditions herein and agrees to be bound by the same.

B. Eligibility:

1. The Contest is open to: -
2. all individual aged 18 and above
3. is a holder of an India AADHAAR
4. expatriates holding valid working pass, visa’s in India.
5. Employees and immediate family members of the Organiser are not eligible to join the contest
6. Only participants that follow the entire contest mechanism are eligible to join the contest.

C. Contest Mechanics
a) Submissions received after the Contest Period will not be accepted and deemed void.
b) Participants will need to complete the following steps to be eligible to participate:

Step 1: Guess 1^st store place with a given hint
Step 2: Post your answer in the comment section below
Step 3: Like our Facebook Page and tag 3 friends

c) Contest Duration

Acceptance of entries submissions will start on 28th December 2020 and ends on 3rd January 2021, 11.59 pm (Contest Period)

D. Rules

1) By submitting any entries, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth without limitation. Entries must not include content that is unlawful, harmful, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racist.rs.

2) Winners will be chosen by a panel designated by the Organiser on the merits of each entry. All decisions made by the judging panel of the Organiser are final and binding in all matters relating to his contest. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person making a submission, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the person whose name appears on the mailing address of the quote issued by the Organiser.

2) If any winner found breaching the rules, did not comply with terms and conditions, or cheating, Organiser reserves the right to select another winner.

3) No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

4) More than one entry is possible. No repetition, spamming nor any kind of misconduct act or the panel shall forfeit, deny and terminate the particular entrant while submission will be declined immediately.

5) Winners are required to provide the name (as per AADHAAR), email address, contact number, personal details (Date of birth, age, gender). Failing this, Organiser reserves the right to hold back on presenting the prize.

6) Winner must pick up the prize from MR DIY Sadar Bazar – Gurugram in India within two weeks after the winner's announcement and must presenting the original AADHAAR or Visa upon collection of the prizes for verification purposes. Shall any terms in the above is not met, the panel will possess the right to forfeit, deny or terminate the entrant’s submission.

7) Winners will be contacted by the Organiser via social media platform (Facebook) and Telephone call.

8) Organiser’s decision in respect of this Contest and winner’s selection shall be final and absolute. No correspondences or appeals shall be entertained.

E. Prizes

The Prizes available for the giveaway are as below:

Prizes:

► Total of 5 lucky winners will be selected.

► Every 5 winners will be rewarded with Cut “N” Wash Deluxe Wooden.

1. All prizes must be claimed on the date set by the Organiser after winners are contacted.
2. All prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other item.
3. All prizes cannot be re-sell. Unless approved by Organiser in writing
4. All prizes are not transferable. If a winner chooses not to accept the Prize for any reason, there will be no compensation offered.
5. The original AADHAAR or Passport’s owner must present upon collection of the prize from Life Centre.

F. Other Terms and Conditions

1. By submitting any entries, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth without limitation. Entries must not include content that is unlawful, harmful, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racist.
2. The organizer has full right to cancel, postpone the contest for any reason without subject to any forms of liability, compensations, or claims.
3. Prizes given to the winners must be accepted as awarded with no possession of the right to seek substitution, except at the organizer's sole discretion. The organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Prizes will only be awarded to verified winners. Shall there be any damage, defect, error, or any fault found in the prize. Organizer holds the right to be held not responsible shall the damage, error, or fault found is not caused by Organiser itself.
4. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to submit personal data information to VRIPL Retail Private Limited (Authorised Reseller for MR. DIY in India), giving consent where necessary and appropriate for disclosures.
